What women told us

Half an hour with one woman contains what no feed publishes: not that a street is dark, but that she crosses before the underpass and pays for a taxi she cannot really afford. Interviews are read into anonymised evidence and weighted into the scores for the area they are about — recorded crime and opening hours on one side, a considered account of the place on the other.
